Are you ready for the best food and wine event of the semester?
Well, we hope you are, because we organized a big, fat and smokey ESN Barbecue just for you! 

We will spend a whole afternoon devoted to good food, drinks and friends in a beautiful and private venue in the suburbs of Padova!
There’s gonna be a lot of meat, but vegetarian options are always available.

So no excuses, you can’t miss it

We will get to enjoy a big outdoor space, so you are more than welcome to bring blankets, footballs, decks of cards and frisbees 
Get ready for great music, we can’t wait to eat, dance and have fun with many of you 

WHEN
Saturday, April 29th - from 10.30am to 6pm.

WHERE
Secret location
We will meet at 10:30am at Padova bus station
Leaving all together by private bus.

HOW
- Fill in this FORM to reserve your spot
(it will open on Monday April 17th at 6pm)

WHAT
The fee includes:
- A lot of Food (+ vegetarian/vegan options)
- A lot to drink (also non alcoholic)
- Transportation by bus to and from the location

IMPORTANT
1. In the form you’ll be asked to pay and upload the proof of payment. The payment will be done through the VERSE APP account where you can pay the €18 fee.
If you don’t have VERSE yet, you can register HERE
(please do it asap, verification can take up to 24 hours!)

2. Before confirming the payment please write your full name and your ESNcard ESN PD L ___ number in the description of the transaction.

3. In case you pay for someone else, please specify, in addition to your name, the name and the ESN PD L ___ number of the person you’re paying for (this person must have already filled the form and received the confirmation email).

4. The ESNcard is MANDATORY in order to participate in this event!

 In case of adverse weather conditions the ESN Barbecue will be postponed to May 6th. More info soon.
