Hello everyone!
How about enjoying a variety of international food while meeting new people and sharing plenty of smiles? Get ready for the incredible RUNNING DINNER!
 
What happens during this event?
  • Each pair of participants will host two other pairs once.
  • As hosts, you will prepare one course: either the appetizer, main course, or dessert.
  • After the time slot for your course, you'll "run" to another location to meet two different pairs for the next stage of the dinner.
 
WHEN?

WHAT IS IT?
It's a unique dinner experience, divided into three courses. You and your cooking partner will be responsible for preparing one course of a three-course meal.
  • For the course you host, you will serve two other pairs (cooking for six people total, including yourselves).
  • For the other two courses, you will travel to the homes of other teams to dine.
Schedule:
  • Appetizer: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Main Course: 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Dessert: 11:00 PM – 11:45 PM
You’ll have 30 minutes between courses to move to the next house.
 
The best part!
After dessert, everyone will meet at midnight at the Piazza dei Signori stairs to wrap up the night together.
 
Reminder:
  • Hosts: Always provide food and drinks for your guests.
  • Guests: It’s customary to bring a bottle of wine or a small gift for your hosts!
 
HOW?
  1. Find a partner to cook with.
  2. Fill out this registration form by November 19 at 11:30 PM.
  3. Pay a €10 deposit per team via the Stripe link provided in the form. This deposit will be refunded after the event.
  4. You’ll receive an email with details and house locations.
  5. If you wish to withdraw, do so by November 20 at 11:59 PM to ensure your deposit is refunded.
