Cari erasmini,
come molti di voi sanno, abbiamo la ESN ONE cioè, le Olimpiadi Nazionali Erasmus con tutti le sezioni d´Italia, che si svolgeranno ad Avellino tra il 13 al 15 di marzo.
In questo evento vogliamo portare voi, Erasmus di Padova, a competere in diversi sport:
Calcio 5 x 5 (massimo 8 iscritti maschi)
Pallavolo 6 x 6 ( massimo 8 iscritti nel quale obbligatoriamente almeno 3 femmine)
Basket 3 x 3 ( massimo 5 iscritti tra maschi e femmine)
La descrizione del programma comprende:
13 Marzo - Venerdi
Arrivo ad Avellino
11:00 cerimonia di apertura
15:00 inizio dei tornei
20:00 cena + festa
1:00 rientro in hotel
14 Marzo - Sabato
9:00 inizio dei tornei e pranzo al sacco
19:00 fine tornei
20:00 cena + festa
2:00 rientro in hotel
15 Marzo - Domenica
10:00 finale dei tornei (per quelle squadre che sono arrivate in finale)
13:00 premiazioni
15:00 ritorno a Padova
In questo evento passeremo 2 notti negli hotel a 3/4 stelle, e abbiamo un autobus ad Avellino per gli spostamenti tra i campi di gioco e gli hotel.
Il prezzo è di 55€ ( NON SONO INCLUSI I TRENI DI ANDATA E RITORNO) + 15€ se volete andare ad Avellino il giorno prima dell'inizio dell'evento, giovedì 12 marzo, ed avere hotel e colazione disponibili il venerdì mattina.
Per i trasporti stiamo valutando ancora quali sono le migliori soluzioni per prezzo e comodità. Appena sappiamo il numero di iscritti prenoteremo.
Le iscrizioni devono essere fatte nell'ufficio ESN (galleria Tito Livio, 7 ) e scadono Martedì 10 Febbraio.

Dear erasmini,
as you know, there will be ESN ONE, the national Erasmus Olympic games, with other Erasmus people coming from all around Italy. The event takes place in Avellino from the 13th till 15th of March.
In this event we want you playing and racing in some different sport:
Football 5x5 (maximum 8 guys)
Volleyball 6x6 (maximum 8 people including at least 3 girls)
Basketball 3x3 (maximum 5 people)
The program for those days is:
13th march – Friday
Arriving in Avellino
11:00 opening cerimony
15:00 beginning of the games
20:00 dinner + party
1:00 return to the hotel
14th march – Saturday
9:00 beginning of the games and packed lunch
19:00 end of the games
20:00 dinner and party
2:00 return to the hotel
15th march – Sunday
10:00 finals
13:00 award ceremony
15:00 return to Padova
In this event we will stay 2 nights in a hotel and we will have a bus in Avellino for all the transportations
between playing fields and the hotel.
The price is 55€ (NOT INCLUDING THE TRAIN TO GO AND GO BACK) + 15€ if you want to stay in Avellino the day before the beginning of the games (12th march) and to have the hotel for the night and the breakfast Friday morning.
For the train to go there we are still considering the best way. As soon as we know how many people we are we can book the cheapest choice.
The registration is possible in the ESN office (galleria Tito Livio 7) and until Tuesday 10th of February.
We want to show to everybody that in Padova there are a lot of good athletes.
