Hey there Erasmus and International friends

Are you ready for one of the best ESN Padova events of the whole semester? 
We are talking about the historical ESN Barbecue !

A lot of wine, juicy and smokey meat and tasty vegetarian/vegan food are waiting for you!

We will spend the whole afternoon in the garden of a Villa in the suburbs of Padova, where we will enjoy the day while eating, drinking and playing games all together!
Feel free to bring blankets, decks of cards, balls, frisbees and whatever you think could make the day even better for you and everyone.

Secret location 

The meeting point will be at 10.30 a.m. at the Factory Club parking in Via Fra' Paolo Sarpi 42 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/HmA2GPjAG3myCiTaA) where we will leave all together with a private bus.

At the end of the event we will come back to the same place around 6:45/7:00 PM

ESNcard is mandatory

WHAT?
The fee is €20 and includes:
* Transportation by private bus (back and forth)
- Loads to eat (with obviously vegetarian/vegan options)
- Loads to drink (also non-alcoholic)
- Loads of fun :)

IMPORTANT
In case of adverse weather conditions the ESN Barbecue will be postponed on the 25th of May

If you want to withdraw, you can have your money back, but please, let us know before and not later than Wednesday 15th of May at 11:59 PM.
