Boat Party 2018

Cari erasmini ed erasmine,

è giunto il momento di annunciare l’evento più atteso dell’anno!!!
Quello che tutti attendevano fin dal loro primo giorno in questa città, nonché il più grande regalo che AEP-ESN Padova sia lieta di offrirvi; tanto grande da muovere l’interesse di molti ex erasmus che l’hanno già vissuto... stiamo parlando della spettacolare FESTA IN BARCA!!!

Venerdì 8 giugno abbiamo in serbo per voi una festa grandiosa a bordo di una barca a due piani con la quale solcheremo le acque della laguna di Venezia.
Avremo modo di navigare di fronte alla meravigliosa piazza S. Marco nel bel mezzo dei festeggiamenti, e visiteremo le tre isole più celebri ed incantevoli di tutta la laguna:
- Murano: nota per la lavorazione del vetro e nella quale avrete modo di vedere un “Mastro Vetraio” all’opera;
- Burano: famosa per le sue casette colorate che la fanno sembrare un’isola fatata;
- Sant’Erasmo: l’isola del “patrono di tutti gli Erasmus”, dove ci divertiremo nella sua spiaggetta romantica e avremo la possibilità di passare un po’ di tempo libero tutti insieme.

La barca è a due piani: di sotto verrà offerto con la formula “all you can eat” cibo vario come pizza, tramezzini, pasta fredda, insalata di riso; di sopra invece si terrà la festa vera e propria con dj set. Qui si ballerà e si festeggerà come se non ci fosse un domani e ci sarà un bar dove vi verrà offerto da bere: sangria, birra e spritz durante il giorno, e altri drink a partire dalla sera.

Il costo di questa festa è di 37 euro.

Sarà possibile iscriversi al Boat Party 2018 da SABATO 02 GIUGNO a partire dalle ore 08:00 alle ore 11.00 presso il nostro ufficio in Galleria Tito Livio n°7.
Ovviamente solo chi ha la ESNcard di Padova può venire a quest’evento.
SABATO NON SARÀ POSSIBILE FARE LA ESNcard, SI ACCETTERANNO UNICAMENTE LE ISCRIZIONI PER QUESTO EVENTO.

Se dopo esservi iscritti avete un problema e non potete più andare al Boat Party, mandate una mail a boatparty@esnpadova.it e comunicatecelo entro e non oltre il 5 Giugno. 
NON VENDETE IL VOSTRO BIGLIETTO A QUALCUNO!

Potrete comprare il vostro biglietto per la festa e prendere 1 solo biglietto in più per un vostro amico che per problemi non può presentarsi in ufficio (che deve già avere la ESNcard di Padova).
Per fare questo però il vostro amico, che non potrà fisicamente venire in ufficio, dovrà scrivere una delega via mail a boatparty@esnpadova.it DALLE ORE 07.00 ALLE ORE 23.59 DI GIOVEDÌ 31 MAGGIO INDICANDO:

- Oggetto della mail: Delega Boat Party.
- Testo della mail: Il suo nome (colui o colei che non potrà venire in ufficio), Il nome di colui o colei incaricato a pagare (chi verrà in ufficio).
Inoltre dovrà dare la sua ESNcard (o una foto) all'incaricato che dovrà pagare il biglietto in ufficio.

Tutte le mail per le deleghe ricevute prima o dopo gli orari indicati NON SARANNO CONSIDERATE VALIDE.
Un incaricato senza la tessera o la foto della tessera dell’amico che ha mandato la mail NON POTRÀ iscrivere l’amico.

- Partenza: Venerdì 8 Giugno alle ore 12:00 dalla stazione degli autobus vicino alla stazione dei treni 
- Ritorno a Padova: circa alle 02:00.

ATTENZIONE: portate con voi alla festa un documento d'identità e una felpa per la notte!

Che dire ragazzi… è tutto quasi pronto… mancate solo voi… la vera anima di questa festa!!!
Affrettatevi per aggiudicarvi un posto in quello che sarà il giorno più bello della vostra vita!!!

Dear erasmini and erasmine,

it’s time to announce the most awaited event of the year!!! We are talking about what we are all looking forward from our first day in this city, and also the greatest present that AEP-ESN Padova is really glad to offer you; so amazing that many ex erasmus come back here during that day just for this event if they have already lived it…we are talking about the amazing BOAT PARTY!!!

On Friday 8th of June, there will be a great party on a boat and we will sail around Venetian Lagoon.
While we will have fun, we will pass in front of the wonderful piazza S. Marco and we will visit the most famous and fascinating three islands of the lagoon:
- Murano: renowned for its glass work, where we will see a real glassmaker working;
- Burano, famous for its coloured cots which make it one of the most enchanted islands in the world;
- Sant’Erasmo, “the island of the patron of the all Erasmus”, where we will have fun on its romantic beach and we will enjoy free time together.

The boat includes two floors: on the lower floor there will be "all you can eat" food such as pizza, sandwiches, pasta, rice salad; on the upper floor there will be the real party with dj set. Here we will dance and we will have fun until there’s no tomorrow and sangria, beer and spritz will be offered during the day, other drinks from the evening.

Price for this party is 37 euro.

We are opening the registration list on SATURDAY 2nd of JUNE from 08.00am to 11.00am at our office in Galleria Tito Livio n°7. 
Obviously, only people with Padova ESNcard can come to this event.
ON SATURDAY IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO DO NEW ESNcards, IT WILL BE OPEN JUST FOR REGISTRATION TO THIS ACTIVITY.

If after the registration you have a problem and you can not go anymore to the Boat Party, send an e-mail to boatparty@esnpadova.it and let us know it by no later than the 5th of June.
DO NOT SELL YOUR TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE!

You can buy one ticket for you and one for your friend (if already has the Padova ESNcard) who can’t physically come to our office to register during that day.
In order to do that, the person who cannot come has to write an email to boatparty@esnpadova.it from 07.00am until 11.59pm of Tuesday 31th of May specifying:

- Mail object: Boat Party Delegation
- Text of the mail: Personal name and surname, the name and surname of the person in charge of buying the ticket.
REMEMBER moreover to lend the original ESN card to the person in charge of buying the ticket in the office (or a photo of it).

All emails for delegations received before or after the indicated time will NOT BE CONSIDERED VALID.
The person charged of the friend who sent the email CAN NOT register the friend if comes to the office without the ESNcard (or a photo of it).

-We will leave from the bus station close to the train station of Padova at 12:00 of the 8th of June. 
-We will be back in Padova at 2.00 am (more or less).

ATTENTION: bring with you an ID or passport and a sweater for the night.

What can we say at this point…everything is almost ready…boat party just need you because you are the real heart of this event!!!
