ESNow 2017 - Ski, party, rave, repeat!

Siete pronti per un fantastico weekend sulla neve tra le Dolomiti e le stupende montagne del Trentino-Alto Adige?

Come ogni anno arriva il famoso ESNow, da più di 10 anni l'evento nazionale invernale ERASMUS per eccellenza (in collaborazione con ESN Trento).

---> 4 giorni ERASMUS di elogio alla follia, ed anche il modo migliore per divertirsi dopo gli esami e per imparare a sciare/snowboard o migliorare la vostra tecnica!!!

Quando? --> dal 16 al 19 marzo 
Dove? -->in un bellissimo paese alpino, Folgaria, dotato di molte piste da sci e tanto divertimento: potrete sciare, andare in snowboard o slittino, prendere il sole, giocare a palle di neve e fare i pupazzi di neve E NON SOLO... Ogni notte feste organizzate nelle baite e nella discoteca vicino agli alberghi. Inoltre a fine giornata fantastici aprés-ski nelle baite. 

 

---> La fee dell'evento è di 235 Euro  che includono:

 

- 3 notti in HOTEL*** interamente riservato ai partecipanti dell'ESNow.
- Colazioni e cene. 

- 4 giorni di Skipass sulle piste di Folgaria
- Assicurazione

- Festa a tema ogni sera!

- Welcome pack

- Trasporto in bus

- Deposito sci/snowboard
- ... e chissà, magari anche altre sorprese ;) 

 

----->> Servizi EXTRA convenzionati NON inclusi nella fee sopra indicata sono: 
 

- Sconti noleggio attrezzatura, per 4 giorni:

30€ - COMPLETO sci o snowboard.

15€ - SOLO scarponi da sci o snowboard.

25€ - SOLO sci o snowboard.

5€ -  casco.
 

- Lezioni di sci/snowboard ad un prezzo incredibile: 

25€ - 6 ore di lezione suddivise in 3 giorni, solo livello base.

- Convenzioni ESN con i locali notturni.

- Aperitivi a bordo pista a prezzi imbattibili.

 

 

Per la registrazione all'evento avete 2 possibili opzioni e scelte:

opzione 1.
 

Pagare la fee di 235€ + scegliere gli extra che preferite (completo sci o snowboard, solo sci o snowboard, ecc). 
Poi ritornare in ufficio ESN entro (e non oltre) il 13 di Febbraio per saldare il conto pagando gli extra scelti.

 

opzione 2

Pagare TUTTO in anticipo: Fee di 235€ + gli extra scelti.

 

---->>> In entrambi casi (opzione 1 e opzione 2) la FEE di 235€ DEVE essere pagata in anticipo.

 

 

La partenza è prevista Giovedì 16 marzo alle ore 6.00 davanti alla stazione dei treni.

Ritorno domenica  19 marzo sera a Padova attorno alle 21.00.

 

Non perdetevi una delle attività PIU' belle dell'anno... Venite in ufficio ad iscrivervi LUNEDI' 30 GENNAIO. <3

Are you ready for a great weekend on the snow in the Dolomites and the beautiful mountains of Trentino-Alto Adige?

As every year we'll going to participate in the famous ESNow, for over 10 years now, the ERASMUS national winter event par excellence (in collaboration with ESN Trento).

---> 4 days of praise to madness, and also the best way to have fun after the exams and to learn to ski / snowboard or improve your technique !!!

And there won't be only us from Padova, but more than 400 Erasmus students from all over Italy too <3

When? --->  16th to 19th March
Where? ---> In a beautiful alpine small town, Folgaria, with many ski slopes and lots of fun: you can go skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing, sunbathing, throw snowballs and make snowmen AND MORE... Every night parties organized by ESN Trento in the chalet and in the disco near the hotels. Moreover in the end of the days there will be fantastic après-ski in the chalets next to the ski slopes. 

---> The event fee is 235 euros including:

- 3 nights in a hotel *** completely reserved for dell'ESNow participants.
- Breakfasts and dinners.
- 4-day ski pass on the slopes of Folgaria
- insurance
- Theme parties every night!
- Welcome pack
- Transport by bus
- Deposit of Skis / snowboards

----- >> EXTRA SERVICES NOT INCLUDED in the fee indicated above are:

- Discounts equipment rental, for 4 days:

€ 30 - FULL EQUIPMENT of skis or snowboard, boots and helmet. 
€ 15 - ONLY ski boots or snowboard boots.
€ 25 - ONLY skis or snowboard.
€ 5 -   ONLY helmet.

- Lessons in skiing / snowboarding at an incredible price:

€ 25 - six hours of lessons divided over 3 days (only basic level).

- ESN discounts at the parties.

- Après-ski on the track at unbeatable prices.

For the event registration you have 2 options and choices:

Option 1

Pay the fee of 235€ + choose the extras you prefer (full equipment of skis or snowboard, only skis or snowboard, etc.).
Then return to ESN office until (and not after) 13th February to settle the bill by paying chosen extras.

Option 2

Pay ALL in the same moment: Fee of 235€ + the chosen extras.

---- >>> In both cases (option 1 and option 2) 235 € FEE MUST be paid in the moment of the registration.

The departure is scheduled Thursday March 16th at 6:00 am in front of the train station.
We will be back to Padova at Sunday, March 19th around 9.00pm

Do not miss one of the MOST beautiful activities of the year... Come to the ESN office to register from MONDAY January 30th. <3
