Dear Erasmini,

 

We are organizing for you one of the most awaited and typical events of the Erasmus experience: the BEER PONG TOURNAMENT! Are you ready to show your talent?

 

The Tournament will be played in pairs, so find a good team mate and get ready for a strenuous competition! The Tournament will take place on MONDAY 1st of APRIL at the Caffè Ti Amo (Via Venezia 9/A), starting from 8.15pm (make sure you're on time!)

 

Don't forget to to register in our office from MONDAY 25th of MARCH. The fee for the participation is €6 for each team (just €3 per person).

 

At your arrival, we will offer you a small buffet and, to the winners of the Tournament, AEP-ESN Padova will reward you with a special prize!

 

By showing your ESNcard at the bar, you can benefit from various discounts on drinks: Spritz Aperol for €2, Spritz Campari for €2,50, Small Beers for €2, Large Beers for €4, Soft drinks for €2, Cocktails for €4, Fruity Shots for €1.

 

Don't miss this exciting event, even if you're not willing to take part in the Tournament! You can also come to support your friends and to drink something together!

Cari Erasmini,

 

Stiamo organizzando per voi uno degli eventi più attesi e più tipici dell'esperienza Erasmus: il torneo di Beer Pong! Siete pronti a dimostrare il vostro talento?

 

Il torneo si giocherà a coppie, quindi trovate un valido compagno di squadra e preparatevi per una dura competizione! Il torneo si svolgerà LUNEDI' 1 APRILE al Caffè Ti Amo (Via Venezia 9/A) a partire dalle ore 20.15 (vi raccomandiamo di arrivare in orario!)

 

Non dimenticate di correre in ufficio per registrarvi all'evento a partire da LUNEDI' 25 MARZO! La quota di partecipazione è di 6 euro per ogni squadra (solo 3 euro a persona). E non dimenticatevi la tessera ESN (o quantomeno una foto di essa) del vostro compagno quando venite a pagare.

 

Al vostro arrivo sarà previsto un piccolo buffet e, se riuscirete a vincere il torneo, vi aspetta anche un premio speciale offerto da AEP-ESN Padova!

 

Mostrando la vostra ESN Card al Bar, potrete inoltre usufruire di diversi sconti sui drink: Spritz Aperol a 2,00 €, Spritz Campari a 2,50 €, Birra Piccola a 2,00€, Birra Grande a 4,00€, Bibite analcoliche a 2,00 €, Cocktail a 4,00€ e Shot fruttati a 1,00€.
