The welcome week is almost over.. but this is not the end, this is only the beginning
Arriving in a new city is a great experience, but it can also be a bit hard: new culture, tons of new people that you don't know..
And that's why we decided to organize an INTEGRATION WEEKEND! so you will have the chance to spend a weekend all together and get to know each other
And what is the best place for such a weekend? We found a giant house that can host around 100 people, in Rotzo, a small town immersed in the nature around our beautiful mountains: the Alps.
What would you say?
So this is our proposal:
WHEN?
From Friday the 3rd to Sunday the 5th of November
WHERE?
Meeting Point at the Flixbus Stop (https://maps.app.goo.gl/PAd6JzXFiRVQQuN36 ), in the parking lot adjacent to the Factory Club, at 8.45 AM. There will be a pullman that will pick us up and bring us back to Padova on Sunday. We will leave the house the 5th at 6 PM.
WHAT?
Three days in a house in Rotzo, doing many activities and games such icebreakers, team building games, walks around the nature, and also party for suree!
HOW MUCH?
The fee is 79€ and it includes:
• Transportation
• Accomodation
• Meals (except Friday's lunch)
• Activities
• Bottellon for the parties
HOW?

Remember to insert the same email you put in the form to get your ESNcard. You will also need to insert you ESN number (you can find it in your ESNcard after "ESN PD" and it starts with the M letter (ex. M1234)
We will select the people according to the order of payment, so we suggest you to be quick!
• The deadline to withdraw is set on Sunday the 8th of October at 11:59 pm.
• If you paid but there are no spots available anymore, you will get a full refund.
IMPORTANT:
ESNcard is mandatory to join the event.
