Integration Weekend

Hi everyone!

The welcome week is over but... this is just the beginning! 
Arriving in a new city is a great experience, but also a tricky one: a new environment, tons of people that you don't know,...
And that's why we decided to organize an INTEGRATION WEEKEND! Here you will have the chance to spend three days all together and get to know each other better 

For this event we found a giant house that can host 85 people, close to Bosco Chiesanuova, a small town immersed in the Lessinia Regional Nature Park (Verona). 

WHEN?
From Friday the 22nd to Sunday the 24th of March

WHERE?
Bosco Chiesanuova.
Meeting Point in Padova at the Flixbus Stop (https://maps.app.goo.gl/PAd6JzXFiRVQQuN36 ), in the parking lot adjacent to the Factory Club, at 8.30 AM. There will be a private bus that will pick us up and bring us back to Padova on Sunday. We will leave the house on the 24th at 6.30 PM (expected arrival in Padova: 8.30pm).

WHAT?
Three days in a house in the nature, doing many activities and games such icebreakers, team building games, workshops, hikes, and also party for sure!!!

HOW MUCH?
The fee is 100€ and it includes:
• Transportation (Private Bus)
• Accommodation
• Meals (except Friday's lunch)
• Activities 
• Bottellon for the parties

HOW?
In order to subscribe to the event, you need to fullfill the following form, and complete the payment process.

We will select the people according to the order of payment, so we suggest you to be quick! 
• The deadline to withdraw is set on Wednesday the 13th of March at 11.59 pm.
• If you paid but there are no spots available anymore, you will get a full refund.

IMPORTANT:
ESNcard is mandatory to join the event but it's not required for the registration: you can register without the card but you need to get it before March 22nd!
