Integration Weekend

Hello beautiful people!!

Welcome Week might be over… but your Erasmus experience is just getting started. And what better way to really connect than spending a whole weekend together?
That’s why we’re organizing our INTEGRATION WEEKEND!

We’re heading to Bosco Chiesanuova, a charming mountain town surrounded by nature, just above Verona. We’ll stay in a big house all together, unplug from the city for a bit and enjoy two full days of activities, games, trekking, shared moments… and of course PARTIES!

It’s the perfect chance to deepen friendships, meet new people and create memories you’ll carry with you long after Erasmus ends.

Ready for a weekend of nature, laughs and unforgettable vibes? We definitely are!

WHEN?
From Saturday the 14th to Monday the 16th of March.
We will leave Padova on Saturday morning and coming back by lunch time on Monday morning

WHERE?
Meeting point at at 8:15 at the Flixbus Stop: Via Fra' Paolo Sarpi, 9, 35131 Padova PD  (https://share.google/YdKN3VDxaMHo01c02)

HOW MUCH?
The fee is €106 and includes:
* Transportation
* Accommodation
* 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners
* Coffee breaks
* Activities
* Parties and drinks
* Lots of fun

ESNcard
The ESNcard is mandatory to participate.

You have time until Monday the 2nd to make sure to get it for the registration opening!

Registrations open on Tuesday, March 3rd at 19:00. Be quick because spots are limited! 
Set your alarm and prepare your ESNcard number because first come, first served.
Once you’ve completed the payment, don’t forget to join the Whatsapp group linked at the end of the payment page.

IMPORTANT
The withdrawal deadline is March 10th at 23:59. After that, we can’t guarantee a refund.
