It is easily reachable by TRAM (get off at “Tram Palasport” stop). You can pay the ticket for the TRAM directly onboard with a contactless card.
After the event the TRAM from “Tram Palasport” stop will leave at the following times:

HOW MUCH?
The participation fee is 2.50€ which includes a welcome spritz prepared by us
You will receive a payment link at the email address you write in the participation form. Your participation will be confirmed only when we receive your payment.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The idea is that everyone brings some food prepared by them and we share everything in a buffet dinner (plates, glasses and forks are provided by us).
At the dinner it will also be possible to buy glasses of wine for a cheap price.
Do I have to be a chef to participate? Not at all, you can bring a more “complicated” recipe or an easy food you would bring to a picnic, for instance.
You can participate alone or together with a friend (which means that at most two people can come with only one dish). To participate you need to fill the following form (if you’re participating with a friend you BOTH need to fill the form). The form will open Friday 23rd February at 6pm.

VERY IMPORTANT
Come with a LIST of ALL INGREDIENTS written LEGIBLY on a small piece of paper. This list will be attached to the food’s recipient and is fundamental to avoid problems with allergies or any other food restrictions.
On the other hand if you have strong allergies mind that we won’t be able to guarantee that there is no contamination with other foods or that the ingredients list is 100% accurate because the food is not prepared by us. We will do our best to make sure that everyone writes all the ingredients but we have no way to check that the list is complete.
Bring your food in a recipient that makes it easy to take the food and cut the food in portions (if it’s something that need to be cut)
Don’t bring soups or any food that needs to be eaten with a spoon because there won’t be any
The ESNcard is NOT REQUIRED for this event, however in order to participate you have to be an Erasmus student/International student (come with either the ESNcard or a foreign ID).
