National Erasmus Games

Helloooo Erasmus and international people,

Did you like our ESN Padova sport games? 
Imagine a bigger event with Erasmus and International students from all over Italy !
Sounds good ? 
Well, we have the perfect event for you: the National Erasmus Games (NEG).

The winning teams of NEG will have access to the International ESN games and they will have the chance to play against the winner teams of the other countries 

 

WHEN?
From Friday, the 14th to Sunday, the 16th of April

WHERE?
Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) - Villaggio Bella Italia

HOW MUCH?
The fee is €117 per person and includes:

- Transportation (from Padova to Lignano and back)
- Accommodation for two nights
- Tournaments
- Welcome kit
- Dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; breakfast on Sunday
- Social program for Friday and Saturday nights
- Bottellon pre-parties
- Insurance

On the day of departure you will be asked to pay €50 in cash as a deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of the event

HOW?

In which you can find all the details also related to the payment.
- The form will open on Wednesday, 22nd of March, at 12:30 pm.
- Deadline to fill in the form: Friday 24th of March, at 9pm.

 

IMPORTANT
> The categories for which you can apply are:
- Futsal (5 vs 5) 
- Basketball (5 vs 5) 
- Volleyball (6 vs 6) 
- Beach volleyball (2 vs 2) 

> Teams can have a maximum of 2 reserves and must be mixed (male and female), anyway, the registrations are individual, you are not supposed to register as a Team!!! You need to be fast, so do not try to arrange a last minute team!!

>We will form the teams together after the registrations are complete and confirmed

> There must be 2 athletes of each gender on the team, and during the game there must always be at least one athlete of each gender on the court.

> To participate it is mandatory to have your ID card and your ESNcard: if you don’t have it already, you can come to the ESN office (Via Galielo Galilee, 42) during the opening hours (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:30 pm, to 8:30 pm).

> You can register for only ONE sport discipline.
