Rome Trip - Incontro Culturale Erasmus (ICE)

Ciao International people!

Are you ready for an amazing ESN trip?
Are you ready to visit many UNESCO heritage sites and taste the best “Carbonara” and “Cacio e Pepe” pasta ever? 
So it’s time for you to join us at the ICE 2025 in Rome (aka: Incontro Culturale Erasmus - Erasmus Cultural Meeting)!
But what is it? It's not a normal trip to Rome, but an ESN National Event where you are going to meet other 3000 Erasmus students coming from all over Italy, to discover the Eternal City by day and to live it by night.

WHEN? 
From Thursday 6th November (meeting point at 8:15) until Sunday 9th November (train to return to Padova at 18:35).

WHERE? 
Meeting Point will be at Padova train station, to take the train to ROME!!

HOW MUCH? 
The fee for the whole organized trip is €352 per person and includes:
Round trip from Padova to Rome;

• 3 nights in hotel with breakfasts included;
• 3 dinners where we will eat typical Italian food, drink and sing together;
• Trip to Ariccia by bus, and dinner in a “fraschetta”, a typical roman restaurant to taste the traditional food and folk culture;
• Guided tour of the city with its most important cultural and historical sites, made by professional guides;
• Visit to the Vatican Museum, where we will see the Cappella Sistina;
• Visit to the Capitoline Museums by night;
• The best Flag parade you’ll ever see, with all the Erasmus people invading the streets of Rome;
• 3 ESN Night Events with other Erasmus from all over Italy;
• Pre-drinks and botellon in ESN Padova style;

• Registration will open on Thursday 2nd October at 21:00, get your ESNcard ready!
• First come first served, there will also be a waiting list, that will flow if someone withdraws, you will be in every case contacted by the volunteers ;)
• IMPORTANT: it is NOT possible to give your ticket to someone else! ESN volunteers will take charge of contact the first person after you in the waiting list! So if you want to withdraw contact us! (emails below)
• We’ll let you know as soon as possible if your spot is confirmed or if you're on the waiting list
