Running Dinner

Do you want to meet new people, to prove yourself in the kitchen, and do you like to taste different speciality of foods from different cultures, spending not much money?

Then the AEP-ESN RUNNING DINNER is the event for you!

When is it?
It will be FRIDAY the 30th of NOVEMBER.

What is it?
It is a DINNER, divided in three different phases:

APERITIF: from 7pm to 8pm
MAIN COURSE: from 8.30pm to 10.30pm
DESSERT: from 11pm to 11.45pm

Each couple will host JUST ONCE other two couples of participants, and it will have to cook for them the aperitif, or the main course, or the dessert (according to the timetable). At the end of the time window you will change house and you will meet other two different couples for each stage. 

Between a phase and the other you will have half an hour, so you will have the time to reach the next house. 

Great, no?!
Obviously, at the end of the three phases we will all meet in PIAZZA DEI SIGNORI to celebrate all together!

To participate you have to register in the ESN office (Galleria Tito Livio, 7) from the 12/11 to the 23/11, where you will have to leave a 5€ deposit per person (this is a caution and you will get it back after the event). 
It will be enough to tell us your name and the address in which you will be hosting the course during the Running Dinner (and tell us whether you have any allergies, if you are vegetarian/vegan or you don’t eat some kind of food). 

The deposit will only be used to buy something to eat and to drink, if a couple retires at the last minute, for the other two couples that should have been hosted by them. 

Obviously, if you take part or you retire within the deadline you can come back to the ESN office to have your deposit back.

Avete voglia di conoscere nuove persone, volete mettervi alla prova in cucina e vi piace assaggiare specialità di diverse culture spendendo pochi spiccioli?

Allora la RUNNING DINNER di AEP-ESN Padova è l'evento che fa per voi!! 

Quando sarà?
L'evento si svolgerá VENERDÌ 30 NOVEMBRE.

In cosa consiste?
È una CENA suddivisa in tre diversi momenti successivi:

APERITIVO: Dalle 19:00 alle 20:00
CENA: Dalle 20:30 alle 22:30
DESSERT: Dalle 23:00 alle 23:45

Grazie a un divertente gioco a incastri, Ogni coppia partecipante ospiterà SOLO UNA VOLTA a casa sua due altre coppie, e dovrá preparare per loro o l'aperitivo, la cena o il dolce. 
Al termine del tempo, si cambierà casa e si trascorrerà il momento successivo con altre due coppie!

Tra una fase e l'altra avete mezz'ora di tempo, quindi avrete tutto il tempo di spostarvi al prossimo obiettivo.

Ovviamente, alla fine delle tre fasi ci si troverà in PIAZZA DEI SIGNORI per festeggiare tutti insieme!

Per poter partecipare a questo evento potete iscrivervi andando in ufficio ESN (Galleria Tito Livio, 7) dal 12/11 al 23/11 per lasciare una caparra di 5€ a testa. Sarà sufficiente comunicare i vostri nomi e l'indirizzo dove vorrete ospitare la vostra parte della Running dinner (insieme ad eventuali allergie o necessità: es cucina vegana/vegetariana).

La caparra sarà utilizzata solo nel momento in cui una coppia rinunci a partecipare, per permettere a coloro che avrebbero dovuto essere ospitati da tale coppia di prendersi uno spritz o un panzerotto.

Ovviamente se parteciperete o effettuerete la disdetta prima della deadline potete tornare in ufficio per ricevere indietro la cauzione.
