Running Dinner

Hello everyone!

How does sharing an evening full of international food, and smiles while meeting new people sound? If that sounds good for you, get ready for the ESN Running Dinner!

WHAT IS IT?
Imagine a unique culinary journey divided into three fantastic courses, each at a new and different location! You and your cooking partner will be responsible for preparing one course of a three-course meal, while, for the other two courses, you will travel to the homes of other teams to dine.

WHEN?
Friday, the 17th of April, 2026

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each pair of participants will host two other pairs for one course of the dinner.
As hosts, you will prepare either the appetizer, main course, or dessert, for yourselves and other 2 couples (6 people in total).
After the time slot for your course, you'll "run" to another location to meet two different pairs for the next step of the dinner.

The Schedule
Aperitif: 19:00 - 20:00
Main Course: 20:30 - 22:30
Dessert: 23:00 - 23:45
→ You'll have a 30-minute window between each course to travel to your next destination.

And the Best Part? The Grand Finale!
After your last delicious bite, we'll all meet at 23:45 at Piazza Dei Signori to conclude the night together!

FRIENDLY REMINDER
Hosts: Always provide food and drinks for your guests.
Guests: Don’t forget to bring something to drink or a small gift to thank your hosts!

HOW TO JOIN?
Find your cooking partner!
Sign up: fill out this form: forms.gle/PhRtumg9GNw1u3RZA by 10/04/2026 at 23:59. The form should be filled out by one person, providing details for both members of the couple. Do not wait until the last minute to sign up, as spots are limited.
Deposit: pay a €10 deposit per couple via the Stripe link provided at the end of the form. Don't worry, you'll get this back right after the event!
Confirmation: you will receive an email with all the details and house locations.
Withdrawal Deadline: 13th April, 2026. That will be the last opportunity to receive your deposit back. Please note that withdrawing from the event close to or after the deadline creates significant difficulties for the volunteers who manage its organization. We kindly ask you to respect their time and the efforts made for all participants and participate only if really interested.
