Running Dinner

Hi Internationals!!

Are you up to meeting new people and trying delicious dishes from other cultures?
Then join us in the ESN RUNNING DINNER and be a chef for one day!

During the event, each couple of participants will host once other two couples. The hosts have to cook for the guests either the aperitif, the main course, or the dessert. At the end of the time window, you will “run” and change location, this means you will meet two other couples for each stage and eat at their places.

WHEN?
Wednesday, 17th May 2023

WHAT IS IT?
It is a DINNER, structured in three different moments.
Between one phase and the other you will have around 30 minutes to reach the next house.
- APERITIF: from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm 
- MAIN COURSE: from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm 
- DESSERT: from 11:00 pm to 11:45 pm 
But wait, it’s not over! After eating the dessert, all the couples will meet at midnight in Piazza dei Signori, next to the stairs, to conclude the night all together!

IMPORTANT
A good host must ALWAYS provide both food and drinks to their guests! And a good guest must bring a bottle of wine to the host's house!
ALSO, if you already know that another couple will use the same house as yours (ex: your flatmates), let us know in the form!!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
- Find a partner to cook with

- send a 10€ deposit per couple at https://verse.me/$beatrices3
This fee is for security, you will get the money back right after the event.
- You will be sent an email with all the info and location of the houses.
If you change your mind and want to withdraw from the event, contact us within the 10th of May and we will give back your money.
