Trip to Trieste & Ljubljana

Hello international people!

Do you feel the scent of novelty in the air as well? 
It’s time to get a bit of adventure! And that’s why we are very proud to announce our Trieste-Ljubljana trip! Come with us to discover the crossway city at the top of the Adriatic,  the wonderful capital of Slovenia and the famous Lake Bled! 

WHEN?: April 20th-21st (Saturday & Sunday)

HOW TO PARTICIPATE? 
- You will need your ESNcard (if you still don’t have yours yet just come to the ESN office:  Mondays and Thursdays from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm)
-Fill in this FORM ( https://forms.gle/UCWzcBf97PiQJcWK9 ) to book your spot. You will then receive an email to proceed with the payment. You will have 24 hours to do it after receiving the email, otherwise your spot will be reassigned.
The form will open on Friday, March 29th at 2 pm.

HOW MUCH? 
The fee is €110 and includes:
-Transportation via private bus from Padova to every destination of the trip and back;
-Night at a hostel in the center of Trieste in shared rooms (girls-only rooms will be available), breakfast included;
-Saturday night dinner;
-Entrance to Miramare Castle’s gardens
-Guided tour of Trieste’s breathtaking Grotta Gigante
-Visit to Ljubljana’s Castle
-A little surprise 

NOT included in the fee:
-Saturday and Sunday lunches (you can pack your own or you will have time to buy them around the cities’ centers);
-Entrance to Miramare Castle (you will have time to visit it while we’ll be at the gardens: it costs €2 for students under 25: it’s cheaper than booking as a group!);
-Saturday night club entrance (not yet finalized, it will likely be €10 with a drink included to be paid the same night, only if you decide to come);

SCHEDULE OF THE TRIP

Saturday 20/4
-Meeting point at Factory Club parking in Via Fra' Paolo Sarpi 42, at 7 am
-Free time at Miramare Castle’s gardens
-Trieste city tour (courtesy of ESN Trieste)
-Check-in at the hostel
-Visit to Grotta Gigante
-Sunset from the scenic Strada Napoleonica
-Dinner
-Party at a club in Trieste center (or you can choose to spend the night however you prefer)

Sunday 21/4
-Breakfast and departure for Ljubljana
-Short hike to Ljubljana Castle
-Visit to Ljubljana Castle
-Free time in Ljubljana center
-Afternoon at Lake Bled
-Arrival in Padova around 9 pm

The spots are limited so, set an alarm for the form opening and be as fast as possible!
Withdrawal deadline: April 8th at 11.59 p.m.
