Dear Erasmus people,
It is time to pack your bags! We are very excited to propose to you an incredible opportunity to have fun and visit some of the most beautiful places in Europe. It is time to travel, and this time ESN Padova will take you across the borders!!
You will have the opportunity to visit with us two of the most beautiful capital cities of Europe.
From December, 8th to 11th ESN Padova will take you to VIENNA AND BUDAPEST!!
In these 4 days you will have the opportunity to visit Vienna and its Christmas market, to have dinner during a private boat tour along the Danube in Budapest, to relax in the Europe most beautiful and biggest thermal bath, and discover all the secrets of the city together with ESN Budapest!
TRAVEL PLAN
Thursday 8th of December:
- at 05:30 - meeting point at Padova Bus Station
- at 14:00 - we arrive in Vienna, hostel check-in;
- at 16:00 - Vienna city tour and visit to Christmas markets;
- at 19:30 - typical Austrian dinner;
- At 22:00 - night in Vienna!
Friday 9th of December:
- at 11:00 - check-out + free time in Vienna;
- at 13:00 - departure to Budapest;
- at 16:30 - we arrive in Budapest, hostel check-in;
- at 19:00 - private boat tour + dinner along the Danube;
- at 23:00 - party!
Saturday 10th of December:
- at 8:30 - breakfast;
- at 10:00 - Budapest city tour with ESN Budapest + free time;
- at 16:30 - Széchenyi thermal bath;
- at 20:00 – typical Hungrian dinner;
- at 23:00 - party!
Sunday 11th of December:
- at 08:30 - breakfast + free time in Budapest;
- at 14:00 - we go back toward Padova
- we will arrive in Padova at 9pm
HOW MUCH IS ALL THIS?
The fee for this 4-day trip is 231€ and includes:
- Private bus for all the days;
- Vienna and Budapest city tour;
- Accomodation for the 3 nights in hostels (1 in Vienna and 2 in Budapest);
- 2 breakfasts e 3 dinners (where we will have the possibility to try typical food);
- Private boat and dinner tour along the Danube;
- Entrance to the Széchenyi thermal bath;
- Tickets for public transporation in Vienna and Budapest;

Remember that all dinners are already included and of course there will also be vegetarian/vegan alternative!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
In order to apply for this trip, you have to:
1. Register at the following Google Form that will open on Thursday 24th November at 17:00.
2. Everyone needs the ESNcard to join the trip, but if you still don’t have yours, don’t worry. Just come to the ESN office to get yours (location and office hours: https//g.page/esnpadova: remember 10€, an ID and two passport pictures!)
3. Take into account that in the Google Form you will find the Verse payment link. In order to complete the Google Form and confirm your spot to the trip, you will have to pay IMMEDIATELY when filling out the form.
For any issue with the payment with Verse please contact us before the opening of the form.
4. After sending the form you will receive, in the next days, an email to confirm if you are in the event or in the waiting list.
5. If you haven't registered to Verse yet, you can still benefit of the following PROMO CODE
