Wien & Budapest Trip

Hey Erasmus and international people!
 
Have you ever been to Wien and Budapest?
Whatever the answer, this is your one chance to join the WIEN & BUDAPEST TRIP to experience four days of fun, culture and relax with a lot of beautiful people!

You’ll have the opportunity to walk through the Christmas markets in Wien, enjoy a boat trip on the Danube river, swim in the thermal pools of Budapest, … but hey! 
We won’t spoil you much more about the program, just be aware that it will be a trip full of surprises and parties!

Let’s talk about more practical details now:

WHEN?
FROM: Saturday, December 7th (departure time from Padova 5:30 AM)
TILL: Tuesday, December 10th (arrival time in Padova 8.30 PM)
 
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The fee for the whole organized trip is € 236 and it includes:

• Private bus for all the days;
• Vienna and Budapest city tour;
• Accommodation for 3 nights (1 in Vienna and 2 in Budapest);
• 2 breakfasts (on Sunday and Monday morning)
• 3 dinners (we’ll have the possibility to try some Austrian and Hungarian typical food);
• Private boat tour along the Danube;
• Entrance to the thermal baths in Budapest 
• Entrance to the club in Budapest on Monday night (we will party with many other Erasmus students in Budapest)
• Public transport in Wien and Budapest (when necessary)

HOW TO JOIN?
In order to apply for this trip, you have to:

1. Register and pay at the following LINK that will open on Sunday the 10th of November at 6:00 PM. Be fast because spots are limited and usually it gets sold out quickly, so first come first served.

2. ESNcard is mandatory to join the trip, but if you still don’t have yours, don’t worry. Just come to the ESN office to get yours (location and office hours: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ApiWzApymNRLVcPx8?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy. Don’t forget to bring passport size pictures!)
3. In the next days you will get an email to confirm if you are in the event or on the waiting list. Don’t worry, if you’re in the waiting list and you don’t get in, you will get a full refund.

You can withdraw sending an email to Matilde or Filippo until Friday the 15th of November at 11:59 PM in order to get a full refund.
