Hi Christmas lovers!
Are you already humming Jingle Bells and drafting your letter to Santa?
It’s never too early to dive into that warm and cosy Christmas atmosphere, so get ready to join us on our BASSANATA TRIP: a two-day adventure that will launch us straight into Christmas mode!

We’ll explore some of Northern Italy’s most magical spots:
Cittadella: The only town in Europe with a fully intact circular wall that you can walk on.
Marostica: Famous for its human-sized chessboard.
Bassano del Grappa: A charming gem at the foot of the Alps, known for its historic bridge and fine liquors.
Trento: Home to one of Italy’s most enchanting Christmas markets.
Join us for this wonderful journey!

November 29th - 30th (Saturday & Sunday)

The meeting point is at the Flixbus stop, in via Fra’ Paolo Sarpi, 42

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
REMEMBER: ESNcard is required!
(If you don’t have one yet, visit the ESN office on Monday or Thursday between 18:30 and 20:30).

Registrations open 12:00, 8th of November

HOW MUCH IS IT?
The fee is €105, which includes:
Private bus transportation between Padova and the towns, as well as the return trip.
One night in a 4-star hotel in Bassano city center, with breakfast included.
A visit to the Grappa Museum, including a tasting of five original products from the local distillery.
Dinner at a local restaurant.

The fee does NOT include:

1. Lunch (you can pack food or purchase it locally).
2. The walk on the medieval walls in Cittadella (€3.00), due to:

• Weather conditions (if the weather isn’t good, the walk may not happen).
• Personal preference (you’re free to explore the city instead).
• To join the wall walk, we’ll collect money on-site and buy tickets as a group.

TRIP SCHEDULE!
Saturday 29th

• 7:15: Meet at Flixbus stop;
• Visit Cittadella and its medieval walls;
• Free time for lunch in Marostica;
• Arrive in Bassano in the afternoon and check in to the hotel;
• Explore Bassano with a guided tour;
• Visit the Grappa Museum with tastings;
• Aperitif;
• Dinner at a local restaurant.

Sunday 30th

• Continental buffet breakfast;
• Check out and depart for Trento;
• Arrive in Trento for a city tour;
• Visit the Christmas markets and enjoy free time;
• Return to Padova in the evening.
