Today we bring you a tasty event you can’t miss: a big, fat, smokey ESN Barbecue!
We will spend a whole afternoon devoted to good food, drinks and friends in a beautiful and private venue in the suburbs of Padova!
Meat will be abundant but vegetarian options are available, so everyone is welcome!

We will get to enjoy a big outdoor space so you are more than welcome to bring footballs, decks of cards, towels and frisbees

We will meet at 11am at Padova bus station (it’s just on the side of the train station) where busses will bring us to our destination.

HOW?
GREEN PASS IS MANDATORY!
- Fill in ths FORM: https://forms.gle/cDTGhZ5i2YKcAG2v9
(it will open on Friday May 6th at 4pm) to reserve your spot.
You will be asked to indicate your ESN PD K___ number, so the ESNcard is mandatory.
- After you have filled it in, we will send you a confirmation mail, which contains the link to our Verse account (an online payment app) where you can pay the €16 fee.
Please note that there are not other payment methods! So be sure to download Verse (iOS: https://verse.me/ios - Android: https://verse.me/android) and register your data ASAP

IMPORTANT:
1. Once you receive via email the payment link, you have 2 days to pay the fee. After that, your spot will be given.
2. before confirming the payment please write your full name and your ESNcard ESN PD K ____ number in the description of the transaction.
3. If you pay for someone else, we ask you if you could please specify, in addition to your name, the name and the ESN PD___ number of the person you’re paying for (obviously, this person must have already filled the form and received the confirmation email).
