ESN Barbecue

Hellooo internationals!

Today we bring you a tasty event you can’t miss: a big, fat, smokey ESN Barbecue!
We will spend a whole afternoon devoted to good food, drinks and friends in a beautiful and private venue outside of Padova!
You will get to experience a true 'grigliata' like locals do: outside the city, on a sunny weekend afternoon, by eating simple but typical food. Meat will be abundant but vegetarian options are available, so everyone is welcome!
We will get to enjoy a big outdoor space so you are more than welcome to bring footballs, decks of cards, towels, frisbees…

WHEN?
Saturday 16th of October - from 11am to 6pm.

WHERE?
We will meet at Padova bus station (it’s just on the side of the train station) where busses will bring us to our destination.

HOW?
GREEN PASS IS MANDATORY!

After you have filled it in, wait for an email with all the info, and make sure to register at our office paying a €15 fee. Please note that spots are limited!

The fee includes:
- A lot of Food (vegetarian options included)
- A lot to drink (alcoholic and non alcoholic)
- Transportation by private bus to and from the location

IMPORTANT:
If you will have already registered but are unable to come on that date you will be able to be refunded by bringing your receipt at the office by (and not later than) Thursday 14th of October.
Don’t sell your ticket to someone else.
In case of adverse weather conditions (you will be notified) the ESN Barbecue will be postponed to Saturday 23rd of October.
