Dear Erasmus friends,
Here we are at another event of this first week in Padova, the first one of many during your Erasmus experience.
To keep plunging into the Italian and university atmosphere, it can’t miss a gorgeous appointment with the typical Italian dish, known all over the world, lifesaver in periods of greediness, starvation and anxiety: PIZZA!
The way will be “ALL TASTES OF PIZZA”, so that everybody can taste more possible types of it, to become real pizza experts during a sharing moment. Share the pizza, share the love!
To make this happen AEP ESN Padova is glad to invite you to… PIZZA CONNECTION!
Where: Pizzeria “Agli Eremitani”, Via Porciglia, 29.
When: 20.00 on Friday 27th September
The fee is 13 Euros and includes: pizza, water, one drink among wine, spritz, blonde beer, soft drinks .
If you have any allergy or are vegetarian or vegan, no problem! Just let us know at the signing up time and we will find a solution for you!
Registration will open on TUESDAY 24th September. You can buy your ticket in our ESN office in Galleria Tito Livio, 7. Hurry up, spots are limited!
Please, remember you need to have your ESN Card to participate to the event. Don’t you have one yet? No panic: you can get one at our office (you will need an ID, two passport photos and 10 Euros)
Office hours during the Welcome Week will be: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 18 to 20 and Friday from 11 to 13.
N.B. Please, remember your ESN Card and the receipt the night of the event! If you can’t come anymore it must be communicated within Thursday at 20.00 for having your money back. We also remind you that YOU CAN’T SELL YOUR RECEIPT TO SOMEONE ELSE (there is an efficient system of waiting list for it).

Cari amici Erasmus,
eccoci qui ad un altro fantastico evento di questa prima settimana a Padova, la prima di tante durante la vostra esperienza Erasmus!
Per continuare ad immergervi nell’atmosfera italiana e universitaria, non poteva mancare un gustoso appuntamento con il piatto tipico italiano, conosciuto in tutto il mondo, salvezza in periodi di golosità, fame e ansia: la PIZZA!
La modalità sarà “GIRO PIZZA”, in modo che possiate assaggiare più varietà possibili di essa, per diventare dei buoni intenditori di pizza in un vero momento di condivisione!
Per far avverare tutto ciò AEP ESN Padova è lieta di invitarvi a… PIZZA CONNECTION!

Quando: venerdì 27 settembre, ore 20.00
Il prezzo è 13 Euro e include: pizza, acqua, una bibita media a scelta tra vino, spritz, birra bionda, bibita analcolica.
Se soffrite di allergia o siete vegetariani o vegani, nessun problema! Basta farlo presente al momento dell’iscrizione all’evento, troveremo una soluzione per voi!
Le iscrizioni apriranno MARTEDÌ 24 settembre. Venite a trovarci nel nostro ufficio ESN in Galleria Tito Livio, 7 per comprare il biglietto! Ma non aspettate troppo, i posti sono limitati!
Ricordate che per partecipare all’evento è necessario avere la tessera ESN. Ancora non ce l’avete? Nessun problema! Potete venire a farla nel nostro ufficio (vi serviranno un documento, due fototessere e 10 Euro)
Durante la Welcome Week il nostro ufficio sarà aperto il Martedì, Mercoledì e Giovedì dalle 18 alle 20, Venerdì dalle 11 alle 13.
N.B. ricordatevi di portare la vostra ESN card e la ricevuta la sera dell’evento! Se siete impossibilitati a venire bisogna comunicarlo entro Giovedì alle 20.00 per riavere indietro i soldi. Specifichiamo che NON SI PUÓ VENDERE LA PROPRIA RICEVUTA A QUALCUN ALTRO (c’è un sistema di waiting list apposito).
