Integration Weekend

Hi everyone!

Welcome Week may be over, but your Erasmus adventure has only just begun!

Meeting new people and settling into a new city can take some time, so what better way to get to know each other than spending an entire weekend together?

From October 23rd to 25th, join us in Bosco Chiesanuova for our INTEGRATION WEEKEND!

This year, get ready to step into the world of Ancient Greece and embark on our very own Odyssey. Three days surrounded by nature, filled with icebreakers, team-building games, workshops, hiking, parties and many other activities.
And for Saturday night, get ready for our TOGA PARTY! Bring your best Ancient Greece-themed outfit and get ready to party like gods of Olympus.

WHEN?
From Friday, October 23rd to Sunday, October 25th.
Departure from Padova: Friday, October 23rd at 8:00
Return to Padova: Sunday, October 25th at 19:00

WHERE?
Bosco Chiesanuova, in the Lessinia area near Verona.
The meeting point will be at the Flixbus Stop, Via Fra’ Paolo Sarpi 9, 35131 Padova, at https://maps.app.goo.gl/Br65ttAEHzEKybXr5.
A private bus will take us from Padova to Bosco Chiesanuova and back.

WHAT WILL WE DO?
Three days together surrounded by nature, with plenty of activities including:
- Icebreakers
- Team-building games
- Workshops
- Hiking
- Parties
- Ancient Greece-themed activities
- Saturday night Toga Party

HOW MUCH?
The fee is €115 and includes:
- Transportation by private bus
- Accommodation
- 2 breakfasts

- Parties and drinks

On Friday, we will have an International Lunch! How it works? Bring your favorite dish from your home country to share! We can't wait to taste your traditional specialties and hear all the stories behind them!

HOW TO JOIN?
The ESNcard is mandatory to participate.

Spots are limited!!

The deadline to withdraw and to be guaranteed to receive the refund is Sunday, October 18th, at 23:59. After this date, a full refund is not guaranteed.
The spot that you book for yourself cannot be transferred or sold to other people.

Few days after you pay, you will receive an email sayong that your spot is confirmed or you are in the waiting list. If you will be in the waiting list but a spot becomes available because another participant withdraws, you will be contacted by email. Remember that you could be called up until the day before the event.

Further details about the weekend will be shared in a dedicated whatsapp group, where will enter only the people with a confirmed spot.
