Monday Runday

Dear erasmini,

We imagine you are tasting the most various dishes of Italian cuisine and drinking litres and litres of spritz and maybe you think you don’t have enough time or willingness for some open air exercise…

But do not worry because we are thinking to a fun way to let you stay balanced, in perfect shape and to have strong abs :)
Come running with us every Monday (starting from Monday 22nd October) at LUNGARGINE BASSANELLO.

The meeting point is at 6:30 pm in front of the fountain of Prato della Valle; from there, we will go by foot or by bike at Lungargine Bassanello, stopping by the tram station in front of the bar, at Lungargine Scaricatore 37.
Who lives in that area can show up there.
We will start running at 7 pm.

Don’t worry because there are all the running levels: beginners, intermediate, super fast, so everyone can join.
If you have never experienced a fun run with friends and smiles, this is your chance!

And also if you just want to have a walk and get to know some new Erasmus, come by!

Cari Erasmus!
Immagino che stiate assaporando i più svariati piatti tipici della cucina Italiana e bevendo litri e litri di spritz e magari pensate di non avere tempo o voglia per dell’esercizio all’aria aperta…
Ma non preoccupatevi perché stiamo pensando un modo divertente per farvi rimanere equilibrati, in perfetta forma e avere degli addominali veri :)

Venite a correre con noi ogni lunedì ( A cominciare da Lunedì 22 Ottobre) al LUNGARGINE BASSANELLO.
ll Meeting Point è alle ore 18.30 davanti alla fontana in Prato della Valle; da lì andremo a piedi oppure in bici fino al Lungargine Bassanello, fermandoci davanti al bar che si trova vicino alla fermata del tram Bassanello, a Lungargine Scaricatore 37.
Chi abita lì vicino può andare direttamente lì.
Alle 19 iniziamo a correre.

Non spaventatevi perché ci sono tutti i livelli di corsa, sia la corsa lenta, media, e anche veloce e quindi tutti possono partecipare, sia quelli super principianti, gli intermedi e i super corridori.
Se non avete mai fatto una corsa divertente, in compagnia di amici e sorrisi questa è la vostra occasione!

E se avete voglia di fare una semplice camminata e conoscere altri Erasmus, venite pure.
