Running Dinner

Hellooo our dearest International Students!

How is going your staying in Padova so far? You think you already tried everything and that you already met enough people?
The answer is: no.
That is why we want to propose you the ESN RUNNING DINNER!

WHAT IS IT?
It's a meal together with other people coming from all over the world that is divided in three parts: aperitif, main course and dessert. You will partecipate in couples and you will host in your apartment one of these three stages (aperitif, main course or dessert) while you will be the guests for the other two remaining stages.
The couples you will meet are always different, so when the time window ends you will have to “run” to the next stage and complete the dinner in another place!

WHEN?
Wednesday 30 November - from 7pm until 1am

HOW MUCH IS IT?
There is not a registration fee; you just need to buy food and drinks for your guests.
But, send a 10€ DEPOSIT per team through VERSE app on the link that you will find in the form.
(This is just a deposit, and you will GET IT BACK right after the event)

Why we ask this?
Because if you withdraw on the day of the event your guests/hosts will not be able to enjoy the experience as expected.

HOW IS IT SCHEDULED?
There are three different moments.
Between one course and the other you will have half an hour, so you will have time to reach the next house.

- APERITIF from 7:00pm to 8:00pm 
- MAIN COURSE from 8:30pm to 10:30pm 
- DESSERT from 11:00pm to 11:45pm 
- MEETING POINT: It's not over! After the dessert, all the couples will meet at midnight at Bar Zanellato to end the night all together!

IMPORTANT: in Italy a good host ALWAYS provides both food and drinks to their guests! And a good guest also brings a bottle of wine to the host's house!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
- Find a partner to cook with (possibly a great cook)
- Fill in this FORM by November 23rd: you will receive an email with all the info and location of the houses of the other couples.

IMPORTANT
- The ESNcard is mandatory to participate in this event, if you don't have your ESNcard yet, have a look at this LINK to get yours
- If you change your mind and want to withdraw from the event, you can write WITHIN 23/11 to us and we will refund you through the Verse platform.
