Ski Trip - ESNow

Hiiii Erasmus and International people,

How is it going? Do you want to go skiing for a few days on the breathtaking Dolomites mountains? 
Would you like to meet new people at the beginning of your Erasmus period and make new friends on an amazing trip?
Well, then this is the perfect event for you!....You can't miss ESNow 2023!
So…get ready for snowy, funny and crazy days!

ESNow is an ESN National Event organized by ESN Trento: 4 days of skiing, parties, snowball fights and crazy moments with many Erasmus from all of Italy!

WHEN?
17th-20th of March, 2023

 WHERE?
Folgaria, Trento (TN)

HOW MUCH?
The fee is 324€ per person and it includes:
- Transportation from Padova to Folgaria and back
- 3 nights in HOTEL with half board (breakfast and dinner included)
- 4 days of skipass in Folgaria Ski area
- botellon pre-party in pure ESN Padova style
- 3 parties
- Discounts for aprèskis
- Insurance + RCT
- Welcome Pack

 Do you want to come but you don't have all the equipment or you do not feel completely confident skiing?
Don’t worry, we have the solution for you!

By paying an EXTRA amount (so not included in the fee) it is possible to have ski/snowboard lessons with a ski instructor or to rent all the equipment you need.
Rental costs for 4 days:
- Skis or snowboard + ski boots + helmet: 45€
- Snowboard/ski lessons, for 4 days: 27€

Last but not least, you will have to pay a deposit of 50 € which will be refunded at the end of the trip.

HOW?

- REGISTRATIONS WILL OPEN on 4th of February at 12:00 am;
- To fill in the form you will need to enter data regarding your identity document and your ESNcard, so keep them at hand!

HOW TO PAY?
- We'll send you the payment details by email once you sign up.
- In case the seats run out we will put you in the waiting list and we will get back to you in case someone cancels their booking.

IMPORTANT:
- Remember that you'll need your ID and your ESNcard in order to participate in this event: if you don’t have it already, once you pay the fee you will need to pay the membership fee of 10€ to get it. Then you’ll need to go to the ESN office during the opening hours (Today, Tuesday and Thursday from 6.30pm till 8.30pm) with 2 passport pictures and 10€ to get yours;
- The departure is scheduled for March 17th with meeting point at the Bus Station of Padua at 7am. The return is scheduled for March 20th around 8pm.
