Verona City Tour

Hello everyone! 

 

Welcome Week has just ended, but the ESN events have just started! 

Did you enjoy the Padua tour? We hope so, because now we have organised for you a trip to Verona! 

 

Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet, the so called ‘unlucky lovers’, home of the majestic Arena, the place where Dante first fled during his exile. And we will be your guides for the whole day!

 

Sunday, March 9th

 

WHAT TIME and WHERE? 

Meeting point at 10:00am, in front of the main entrance of the railway station of Padova

Join the meeting point and buy the train tickets, to leave for Verona with the 10:40 train

Tickets cost: €10.35 one way and €10.35 return

You can buy the train tickets on the Trenitalia website or on the spot in the train station.

 

 MORE INFOS: 

- Once in Verona you can choose between the tour in Italian or English.

- ALONG THE WAY WE WILL TAKE A BREAK TO EAT, SO BRING A PACKED LUNCH! 

- The tour will end in time to catch the 19.22 train back to Padua. Arrival is scheduled for 21.09, but you are free to leave earlier or later :) !! 

 

Please note that the last train to Padua is at 22.22, alternatively there is a bus at 22.30.

 

In case of bad weather the day of the tour might change.
