Verona City Tour

Howdy everyone!

After all the awesome stuff we did together in the Welcome Week, we bet you long for something even cooler than that. Well don't fret, because our events are bound to leave you flabbergasted with excitement!
Padua Tour? Think not, it's time to go to Verona!

Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet, the so called ‘unlucky lovers’, home of the majestic Arena, the place where Dante first fled during his exile. Can't wait to find out more about all of this! Well don't you worry, as we will be your guides for the day and you are definitely going to learn something you will remember for years to come!

WHAT TIME and WHERE?
Meeting point at 10:10, in front of the main entrance of the railway station of Padova in order to take the train of 10:40 am to Verona

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
Everyone is welcome to join, even if you don't have the ESNcard. You're missing out on a lot of cool stuff though...

HOW MUCH?

• Train Tickets cost: €8.35 one way and €8.35 return
• You can buy the train tickets on the Trenitalia website (or app) or in person at the train station.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- The train station in Verona in which we will stop is Verona Porta Nuova.
- Once in Verona you can choose between the tour in Italian or English.
- Visiting a whole city can be exhausting; be sure to pack some lunch with you and plenty of water!
- The tour will end in time to catch the (19.22 train) back to Padua, but you are free to leave earlier or later. Code word: freedom and fun

Please note that the last train to Padua is at 22.22, alternatively there is a bus at 23:55.

In case of bad weather the day of the tour might change.
