Hey Erasmus students
Feel tired from your Erasmus life full of parties?
Do you feel the need to have some detox and reconnect with your body and the surrounding nature?
If so, we would like to invite you to Urban Tribes’s relaxing yoga practice and soft parkour session after your crazy Saturday night!
Urban Tribe is a cultural association that focuses on arts and movement and would like to give you the opportunity to try some of its practices!
Don’t be afraid, this two sessions are open to everyone, either you’re a pro or a newbie is welcome to join!
Parkour may sound intimidating, but we would suggest you to try it, no matter if you’re totally new to this practice or not.
Parkour itself is a practice that helps you to make you feel conscious of your body and the space around you.
Nothing extreme or too tiring will happen, just fun exercises and some games to play all together.

But remember that spots are limited so be fast to reserve a place and make sure to have your ESNcard to join the event, we will check it before starting.
When?
On Sunday 7th of April,
•10 am for yoga
•11 am for parkour
After the parkour, at 12:30 we will have a picnic in the park! Everyone can join, also the people who didn’t signed up for the practices.
Bring some food and a deck to sit in the grass

What should I bring?
You will need a yoga mattress ( a towel if you don't have one), comfortable clothes, your water bottle, some snacks, a deck and the lunch for the picnic. We suggest you also bring something to play after the picnic like a ball , fresbee , cards / table games , or whatever you like to play in the park
Remember also to bring your ESNcard to join the sessions
